Shoulder Steaks

The deal is, you can cook'um indirect for a couple of hours, or half an hour.... butt they're GREAT!

I guess I was not specific enough. These are beef, and about 1/2 inch thick. A steak without the bone. I have never seen one before so a little unsure what to do with it. I was thinking about grilling like a regular steak but I am open to all ideas.
