Hello all, I don't post very often but I do visit the site often and enjoy looking at all the good food. Dinner last night was tri tip, scalloped hasselback potatoes and sauteed asparagus.

The potatoes with butter and cheese headed into the oven.


Tri tip seasoned


No action shots sorry.

Crisped up some bacon and sauteed the asparagus in the rendered fat.




Tri tip pulled from the grill at 125* a little butter before tenting it.


Sides ready


Asparagus then mixed with a little Dijon mustard parsley and crumbled bacon.


Dinner is served.

Hi Rodolfo. Glad to see a fellow Mesa resident on the forum! Great photos. Everything looks fantastic, especially the tri tip.
