While in Colorado this summer we ate at Rudy's Texas BBQ in Colorado Springs. We bought a bottle of there rub and used it on a brisket I cooked at my daughters house and left the rest for her. My wife thought it was good and wanted me to order some but they want to much for shipping to justify buying it. ($12 for a $6.95 bottle) Has anyone used enough of it to tell me a recipe that is close?

Rudy's is all over TX...I've eaten at Rudy's in Frisco, Corpus Christi, and Dallas. I'd imagine you should be able to get it local to Houston. Good Luck!
