Ribs and cornbread, yum!

It was hot on Sunday, but at least it was a little cooler than Saturday. WSM fired up under the umbrella for shade.

Couple of St. Louis style racks. Rubbed with a homemade mix... It was mixed up a month or two ago and I forget whats in it. Nothing exotic.

Apple wood for smoke.

Ribs smoked for 4 hours at 250. Sauced and smoked for another hour adding few more layers of sauce. KC masterpiece and honey w/ a kick of siracha.

As the ribs were finishing up, I made some cornbread on the performer.
