So the weather in Kentucky has finally turned and I believe spring is here to stay. To celebrate we picked up some beef from our local butcher and set out to celebrate the warm weather.

Here are the ribeyes rubbed up and coming to room temp



Have to have a vegetable, right?

According to the wife and kids, I nailed it. And if I must say so myself, it was GOOOOOOOOD! Thanks for looking!
 
J, we go to Butcher Betties in the Friendly Market on Mt Zion Road behind Sonic.

Cliff, she most certainly did and spent the better part of 45 minutes making sure it was clean.
 
Man! When I saw those babies resting, I think I had the same expression on my face as your chocolate lab! That was hysterical, the way his eyes were bugged out of his head. Mine, too.
