These are some random cooks from the last few weeks.
We went camping a few weeks ago and we always find our way to one of our local breweries for lunch and a sixer to go. We found out that they now are selling rubs, so I picked up a can!
When we got home on Sunday, I did a spatchcock chicken with the rub. It’s a kind of sweet heat rub, so it was tasty! Sorry, no plated pics
We were camping this weekend at the same campground. We had one of my coworkers and her husband over for dinner. I broke out the Blackstone for dinner. I didn’t get pics of the green beans and chicken breasts, but I did get dessert! Griddled pineapple!
I also cooked breakfast and lunch today before we packed everything up.
We’re going back in a couple weeks for spring break for 5 nights. I’m sure that I’ll have lots of cooks to post!
