NFL playoffs and a few friends coming over. Brined some skinless breasts and wings. Breast with roasted garlic and wings with Cavender's Greek seasoning and Montreal steak.....


wings on the perimeter and breasts on grill grates for a fast direct cook....

after a bit of time wings on direct and a mixture of butter and stubbs sauce and get them carmalized....
