Quick Weeknighter: Ravioli with Grilled Artichokes and Chicken Sausage

It feels like its been forever since I grilled, let alone posted anything, so my apologies for a meal that isn't terribly exciting.

Frozen artichoke hearts: thawed, marinated in EVOO/lemon juice/KS/P, skewered and on the grill. Also pictured is some homemade tomato basil chicken sausage.

Inside, Erin cooked some ravioli then added to a skillet with brown butter, Aleppo, and the grilled chokes.

Dessert awaits. These are Erin's peanut butter munchies, which are a chocolate cookie filled with peanut butter. These were only part of a quick meal because they were made a few weeks ago and frozen, otherwise they're a major PITA. But delicious!
