Pulled Pork on the mini.

The mini is a smoking machine, the only thing I need to do is get a bigger tuna can for ash clogging.
I injected it with creole butter and rubbed with WEE WILLYs # 1.

Couple hours in.

At this point the ashes started to clog the lower vents so I tranferred to the performer with a full mini chimney of Royal Oak briquettes and wrapped with some apple juice.

Yummy, the combination of Wee Willys with creole butter was outstanding.
