Haven't had my 18.5 long, less than a month and the wife wanted a prime rib!
Never have done one but Oh My was it, fantastic!
It was a little under 4 pounds ( 2 bones ) cooked right at 235 to 245 pulled it at IT of 125. Foiled it and let it rest for about 35 minutes, IT crept up to about 132.
Cooked faster then I had calculated just 2.5 hours.
Just salt and pepper for the rub with a hint of garlic, rubbed it down with olive oil first.
Used about a double layer of kinsford blue then made a donut hole and placed around 15 to 20 lit pieces along with 2 fist sized chunks of cherry.
Don't now how to include pictures but don't be scared to do a Prime Rib in this amazing smoker!
Oh forgot probably a gallon plus of hot water in the foiled water pan.

I've done a number of prime ribs in the performer and the wsm, always fantastic!
