Pork chops

Last night I grilled some pork chops on the Smokey Joe, and man did they come out great. They were seasoned on both sides with Weber's Zesty Lemon Seasoning. I cooked them a total of 20 minutes, turning every five. Every time I turned, I squeezed the juice of 1/8 a lemon (I had a lemon cut beforehand) onto the pork chops, using 3 slices of lemon total.

They came out great, and were the best pork chops I have ever had. I love pork, but an usually not a real big fan of pork chops, mainly because I'm a big fan of seasoning, and most pork chops I've had weren't seasoned very well at all. These I will defintely be cooking again.

The only downside was that one side got a bit charred. I think some fat dripped down onto the coals and caused flare-ups, because when I opened the lid to flip for the first time I saw the flare-ups. I move the pork chops to another section of the grill and things went great from then on.
