Pork Butt and Loin Ribs (Pics)

My first overnight cook was a tremendous success. The Butt went on at 11:45 last night, and was ready at 11 this morning, pulled pork for lunch today!!

I used Hickory and Pecan wood.

Loin ribs went on first thing this morning, and just came off, very tasty as well.

Hey Jason, those looks awesome man. The thing I love about your ribs is that they're not slathered in sauce. That last pic of them on the cutting board is killing me... gimme a small dish of sauce on the side and I'd wipe out the whole batch myself in nothing flat.

I have never been a fan of saucy ribs, seems to hide the true flavor IMO. I also go heavy on the rub to make a nice crust, they are tasty!
