Hi everyone!
Was planning to do pollo asado taco's for Sunday Fun day and went to the grocery store early in the morning to get some beer! Went by the meat dept. and there was a pack of Chuck Eye steaks! There was another pack that was starting to turn so I picked up the fresher pack that only had two cuts in it. Now it's pollo asado tacos and Chuck Eye Tacos! I seasoned the Chuck Eyes again with Tatonka!
Seared and slided the pollo and threw the Chuck Eyes direct
This is not an illusion! I threw the pollo on direct to finish and slide the Chuck Eyes to finish
Here it is all ready and off the grill
Chuck Eyes on the board looking good!
The wife made some fresh Guacomote and here it is plated with rice and beans, pollo on the left with guacamote and Chuck Eye on the right with onions and cilantro. Sorry for the crappy pictures but at this time I was feeling no pain!
This is my seconds, poured on the salsa ranchera for these guys!
The Chuck Eye tacos were the bomb!!!
After six of these tacos and beer I fell asleep and missed the Packer/Seahawks game!
