Thought I'd share some pix from my all nighter last night that is still going strong -- when the pix were taken I had a therm reading of 160 on the pork - ribs were ready to go ..as a matter of fact you'll notice 2 slots on the rib rack are empty....that was an awesome lunch /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
I must say that I cant wait for my BBQ Guru to get here...I havent had a decent Friday night sleep in a while /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
