planning on 2 x 8 lb picnic shoulders for Saturday dinner using Big Bob Gibson bible as a guide. They suggest 14-16 hours for a 16-18 lb whole shoulder - now I know its not as simple as 'half the weigh=half the time'...or is it?
Planning low and slow, and not afraid of the dark! Appreciate the help as always...and yes, photos will be forthcoming.
