Well tomorrow will be our fifth annual Ribfest...a party I give to my nurses each year. I came here first for guidance on smoking ribs and the like. Chris's topics and techniques made me look like a pro on my very first try. The Ribfest has grown every year now, had to get a second smoker on year three and I may need to get a third for next year...now we need to rent tables and hire staff just to handle the crowd. I've managed to get 24 racks of baby backs on the two smokers thanks to Chris's roll up method. Chris you have made me and my event a legend, I have people that fly here from AZ for the event now! I could never have done it without you, your instructions and methods make it effortless and I am forever greatful STILL. Having an event that is so memorable that people talk about it all year long is the most wonderful gift and you gave that to me...thank you.
