Honestly, I cant believe this hasn't been added to list until now.
 

We go to Ashville every year in the fall with other couples and have been there 3-4 times. Its all good. You're in Whole hog country and can see them in the open kitchen. The Hash is awesome. Just offal meat continually added to the pot so it never completely empties. Ive eaten or sampled just about everything. Its all GOOOD.
Have you been to 12 Bones River location? I had lunch there several years ago. The pulled pork plate was good.
