My name is Donnie and I recently purchased a new 22.5 smoker. First time smoking meat. Love cooking and can't wait to get started. I live in Cypress, TX but bleed sooner red. This site is a great resource. Keep up the good work members. I plan on seasoning my new smoker with chicken. No patience to fire it up with nothing in it. Smoke on!
