Yesterday was kinda nuts for me at work... lots of things were screwed up.. totally an unnecessarily BS day.
So, as I was enjoying my short 5 minute country drive home, I reminded myself that dinner was going to be awesome!
let's get to it.

Mixed up the "Splash-On Basting Sauce"

Take the Roadside Marinated Chicken OUT of the fridge and get it on the WEBER!

Remember to BASTE every five Minutes or so...

Turn & Baste!

Direct & Indirect!

Remove When Delicious!
Plated with baked Russets and sautéed peppers with asparagus...

RSC is this home's FAVOURITE chicken and it will ALWAYS make the ****est day the NICEST day.
