Needed a pick me up before the main coursre!

So I fired up some ABT's!

Jalapenos, thin sliced bacon, cream cheese, blue cheese, garlic, chipotle powder, and Franks Red Hot. Mix all the cheesus, Franks and spices together. Fill Jalapenos, wrap with bacon and into the high temp Mini-WSM with Cherry wood.

Seasoned and ready for the smoker!

Out of the smoker and ready to consume!

Yumm!!!

All praise the Atomic Buffalo Turd!!!

Lets not forget the main course! Injected hot wings! Franks, beer, butter. Made a sauce to glaze using the same plus blue cheese.

Ready for an all day bath!

Ready for sauce!

Done!

That's enough to convince me to buy one. Going to pick it up during my lunch break. *sigh.. I can sense my wife getting angry already.. "ANOTHER BBQ GADGET!"

Try and get one that comes with an open tip needle. Helps if you end up with any clumped seasoning or larger items that might have got in the mix. Id recommend doing your first injection outside its no fun cleaning franks off a 14' vaulted ceiling!

Oh yeah for wings the smaller ones work better than the bigger ones.

I've never injected wings. I do brine them, which helps a lot. I will give the injecting a try. It sounds good.
