I have a smallish enhanced turkey thawing.
I've kettle cooked 'em, but never cooked one on the Bullet, nor my charcoal OTG w/rotisserie.

I plan the cook for tomorrow, or the day after.

Same here. It will be jucier, and IMHO a turkey should not have much smoke taste, I'd keep it out of the WSM. Let it spin!

If I had a rotis and a small one I would love to do one ovar the charcoal.
