Need Genesis ii NorCal for natural gas

Hello,
I am looking to buy a used Genesis grill at the request of my friend's wife. She wants to surprise him for his birthday with an adequate distraction (BBQ grill) from being unemployed. She is a school teacher with 2 kids so they are squeeking by on her salary for the moment. She can't afford to buy him a new one. I'm happy to chip in too for a new one. Don't know where to get the best price. I'm afraid to say I don't know much about the genesis but I hear there's a kit they'd also need to run natural gas.
Any advice or suggestions would be really appreciated.

Hopefully there is someone in your area that rehabs and resells Weber Genesis grills. If so, that would be the person to talk to. I would love to sell you one of mine, but the 1000 mile drive is a little too far. The natural gas thing is going to be tough. Not a lot of grills were made to run NG compared to propane, but they are out there.
