I have lived in Arkansas all of my 25 years. It's really not like the stereotype would lead you to believe, I actually love living here and we do wear shoes.

I work for a large regional general contractor and am recently married. I enjoy anything outdoors, but grilling/barbecue tops the list. I have been grilling on a weber kettle for years, but am only 1 year into my smokey mountain experience. Hope to learn a lot from you all.
 
Welcome Nate, congrats on the wedding and you can't be all that bad if you have a WSM. Get some posts going, I'm sure you can teach all of us something.
 
Welcome Nate! Have you ever been to Devils Den State Park, not too far from Fayetteville?
My Grampa used to take me there as a kid.

I have not but have always wanted to. If you ever have a chance to go to the Ponca area, make sure to go to Lost Valley. You can go into a cave that has a waterfall in it. Hemmed in hollow is a great hike too down to the Buffalo River.
