My new favorite cast iron pan

the larger size is great for more searing space and larger cooks.
the two small handles vs a large handle enables this to fit into smaller spaces.

It was a Christmas gift and it has become my go-to when I need a CI pan.

Being the pack rat I mean Frugal Collector that I am I had a lid that fits from a pan I got rid of and just use that.

Plus...easier to pick up with 2 hands...12" CI pans are heavy even if you're wrists are strong. I like the spout too. That's a very versatile pan. I might have to get on that.

Me too. No lid. Pretty sure I've got at least one that fits. That's an extremely versatile pan right there.

I prolly have a glass lid but I wanted a CI for the grill.

I try to blame the site for all my purchases...it just doesn't work anymore....she caught on to the shenanigans..I might order this tonight.
It is not $25 however but it is a good price from where I stand.

Mines out for delivery. It will be a challenge to explain why we need two Lodge CI pans...3 including the one in the beach house. I'm thinking I shouldn't say it's a Valentines gift for her.
