Spring time has arrived - Which for us means fresh local asparagus, as well as mushrooms popping up! Came across these guys while walking the dog....We have a lot mushrooms on our property. Morels are the only ones I feel comfortable harvesting to eat.
clean them up a bit ...
Get the asparagus going on the gasser.....
sauté them up in butter...
get the burgers going....
and serve!.... so good!
