Yes, I am working on my Shrimp binder today. lol It is a 3" binder and with what I have to file away, it might have to go in a 4" binder. :rolleyes:
 
Well, not as many as I thought, they all still fit in the 3" binder. lol

I did find almost right away a recipe that sounds real good (to me). It is a recipe called GINGER-GARLIC SHRIMP, but it is cooked in a WOK. I don't know if I should post it here?
 
Joan, under Recipes, there's an Odds and Ends section. Try there. I have a microwave recipe i want to invent and try ( not hot) and I'll join you.
 
IF I do type it up, I would post it on the Seafood recipe site. I'm just getting tired of posting all these recipes and getting no feed back on them.
