monday meatloaf..

decided too give it a whirl today.. 2lb ground beef pound of pork and a whole lotta goodies.. fired up the kettle with some ranchers briquettes i recently found at piggly wigly, gonna compare with stubbs, and some red oak. here is the loaf of meat..

after 70 minutes on th kettle..

nice ring not too fancy on the sides but it was all about the loaf..
