Picked up a Tri Tip the other day to grill up for our Christmas dinner. Here she is in all of her glory

Cooking low and slow in my new 22" OTG I picked up a few weeks back (yes, I know the legs are in the wrong position, it hasn't been off long enough to fix!)

Cooked to 129* and then seared

Plated with a cold Captain and Coke to wash it down

We had a very good Christmas and I hope your family did as well. Merry Christmas!
