Luck be a chuck roasttttt, tonight

Lucked into a lightly used 14.5" WSM on Marketplace for $50. Got her cleaned up and decided to throw a chuck roast on for the first cook. Turned out very good This thing is super fuel efficient, but the ash builup in the bowl makes me wonder about longer cooks for things like butts (12+ hours)?

Took a few shots during the cook. Throwing the meat on cold turned out a nice smoke ring even!
