I was thinking about doing some loin back's tommorow afternoon..Maybe starting at about 2:00 pm, I;ve done them both HH and low and slow in the kettle with Great result's. But tommorow i want to use the smoker, If trying for HH anything thing i should look out for during the cook? Thank's.

I always do mine on the slover side but then again many ppl svear by the HH.(do what you have had best resaults with and what your time limit can coop with)

Treat them like a normal BB but calculate more cooking time.

If you go with the low 225-250 start checking for tender at around 5Hours +- 30 min. If you dont foil that is.

Nothing special to look out for if going HH. I always Minion the start and load the meat in immediately (waiting till the cooker comes up to temp has never made sense to me), though there are times when I've done them immediately following another cook so the cooker is already at temp. Under 2.5 hours if Minion, less than that if starting at temp.
