Got some RO Lump ready, got the 4 lb loin rubbed with :

Chris Lilly's Six-Time World Championship Pork Shoulder Rub
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup paprika
1/3 cup garlic salt
1/3 cup kosher salt
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper

I cut the sugars and paprika in half and tripled the chili powder.

Yuks with evoo s&p, corn with unsalted tabs and s&p as well. Used apple wood for smoke. I know I post loin cooks a lot but what a simple and great supper! Only takes 1-1.5hrs at 275ish.

Great looking pork loin and sides. I like to buy and cook pork loins as well. Its a pretty versatile hunk of meat.

Very nice.

I just picked up a pork loin yesterday and was just going to cut it up into chops but may have to do it this way instead. Looks awesome!

That loin looks good...never tried one in my wsm, but I will have to now. Especially since you dont have to smoke it all night!
