I smoked some baby backs yesterday and ending up having about a quater slab of unsauced ribs left. Tonight I fired up my 22.5 kettle and grilled some chicken spiedies and put on the leftover ribs for about ten minutes. The Spidies were great but the ribs were outstanding! When I took the ribs off the rub was kind of bubbley and tasted great. I think I saw a show on Foodtv a couple of months ago were the Rib joint cooked there ribs the day before put them in the refridge and heating them up on the grill the next day. Just thought I would pass along a great way to reheat your ribs if you have not tried it.
