What injector does everyone use to inject their briskets/butts? I tried using the one that came with my turkey fryer last time and it shot injection all over the place!

Cajun. Good for the price. Buy 2, they tend to crack the barrel section with lots of use, or maybe I'm just hard on them.

I asked for the cajun injector for X-mas.

I've used the turkey fryer injector too. It works ok with butts. However, when I used it on brisket, I hardly plunged the plunger and it shot in 6 different directions all over the kitchen. It seems like the butt retains more of the injection too.

I may go pick that one up today. Tired of my other ones cracking after awhile and one popped apart on use. The needles seem to last longer than the syringe barrel part.

Update: Went and picked up the unit above at Bed Bath and Beyond and its definitely heavier duty than the other ones I have been using. Printed out a 20% off coupon and it made it even cheaper. Will break it in this weekend in my planned smokes and see how it does.
