I love butt!

So I was having the guys over for fantasy football so decided to do a butt. I was going to do this one two weeks before but the weather was bad so I froze it. Thanks to past posts in the forum, did this one untrimmed and cooked from frozen. It took a total of 17 hours at 250F. Next to nothing was left for fat, I was pretty impressed.

Yep it had a great bark on it. My wife took a chunk off that was a bit too hot for her liking though! haha
