Since this seems to be on topic, has anyone here seen chuck eyes in NJ? Are they something that can be carved out of a larger piece of meat, or do they usually come as steaks?
Might be called something different in you're area. Do a Google search on "What is a chuck eye steak" When I used to buy whole cows from Indiana down Terre Haute way "Mock Tender" rings a bell. Only got a few per cow, so that could be why there so hard to find.
