Aight...Im back! After a few pointers from some awesome friends from this Board i thought it was about time i show you all im alive.

Nuff about that. Here is todays cook.

Boneless hamsteak!? Do you call it that?

Anyways:

Shrooms/Carrots/Garlic/Cognac/Onion/cream & Salt/pepper ofc.

In a hot pan for 2 min/side

Added 2 cups of water and let it simmer for 1,5H
