So it's been a "FEW" years since I have cooked with charcoal, I am looking forward to many great meals once I decide which WSM I should get! Already have stocked up with 120lbs of KBB.

We recently bought a whole pig, so I have plans for many pork loin smokes, along with ribs & anything else possible!

I do plan on doing the "grill" mod as well, for the steaks when we don't need the quickness of the gas grill.

Live in Mid Mi. Have way to many hobbies which work seems to always be in the way of! The nice thing about the WSM is I can use it while we are camping, and enjoy some good time w/ family & friends!
