Very nice Kevin! You might want to try stuffing first and then twisting into links, especially if you are doing it solo.

I got a grinder/stuffer for Christmas (Santa was very good to me). I can't wait to give it a try. The brats look good. I can't tell anything wrong with the stuffing. Hope they taste as good as they look.
