Hello all. Been using the WSM now for 17 years now. Have an 18 and 22. Competed in KCBS & PNWBA since 2007. That died with Covid. Lost my taste due to throat cancer, but it's back now and expect a 5 year all clear in the fall. Pretty well done with competing.
I was on this board previously when I got my 18 and for some reason that account doesn't come up.
Looking tips & to share. Cooking great food is fun.
