Proud owner of a Weber 22" Kettle, WSM 18" (permanently borrowed from Dad), PBC,a little 18" Kingsford Kettle my neighbor tried to throw out, and a gas grill thats been collecting dust and acting as a work table. Smoked a nice spatchcocked 21lb Bird on the Weber Kettle yesterday. Delicious! I love Webers, smoked the turkey 3.5 hrs at 350F and came back three hours after I took it off and she was still at 315F using the brick method. I love this site as well. Thought it was time to quit lurking and join.
