First post, definitely not the first visit. This site was a big help for when i was starting my first smoke. I enjoy seeing everyone's setups and the food that is being cooked. Have picked up a lot of info visiting this page and can't wait to see what else I can learn.

I have only done maybe 10 cooks on the smoker, definitely still learning. So far mostly boston butts because they are forgiving and a way to learn better control of the smoker, and well, I like pulled pork. This summer I want to start trying new things. Definitely trying a brisket and looking to do some chicken. Will be looking through the forum for some ideas and tips.

Unfortunately no, Sgt peppers closed down. There is now a CVS where it once stood.
