Hello from Clovis, CA - Glad I Found This Place

I got my first Weber gasser (Genisis A - 2001), it was rode hard and put away rusted out in 2022 (rebuilt 2 or 3 times). Then my lovely wife bought me a Weber Genisis EXP-335 in 2022 for my birthday, what a great grill. Got a large Big Green Egg in 2013, sure beat the heck out of the cheapo chinese propane smoker I bought at Lowes years ago.

I retired back at the end of 2011 after 40 years with the US Forest Service, I still do consulting and emergency work involving logistical support for wildland firefighting, can't get it out of my system I guess

I'm looking forward to exploring and learning from everybody here new things I can do with my 335.
