78 yrs old. Used Weber Grills since I was 16. Mostly grilled at that time. Over time I graduated to using it for longer cooks - eg ribs, whole chickens. Eventually to butts and briskets. Acquired the 14 18 and 22 WSM while still keeping my kettles. Used the Virtual Weber Bullet site hundreds of times for tips, etc. Love the kettles. First time in the forum. I splurged on a Stumps XL Baby 10 years ago and occasionally still use it. I just love to smoke meats. One of these days I'm going to try goat meat and see what happens.
