We used to do the Southside Irish parade in Chicago but heck we are getting too old. The River still gets dyed green by Union plumbers.
Today is also my Wife's ( Kelly) Birthday, been cooking since 10 am.

We always do the Corned beef and cabbage with potatoes, carrots together.( this is her cook and don't you mess with it!) Lol.
Son's are coming over with the SO's
I'm also doing 3 pastramis.

We had our corned beef and cabbage two weeks ago as I knew we had appointments today and would not have time. It was delicious.

Yes, Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Bought two nice corned beef on sale last week for $1.99/lb. One was used for tonight’s dinner using this recipe, the other was frozen and will be smoked as pastrami for Reuben sandwiches
