I've had one of these installed since I remodeled our kitchen in 2021. Just bought another for our beach house. It's handy and it works.
I would routinely overfill the puny little bottle and clean up the mess afterwards and also had the neck of one of the plastic bottles break. A big jug of Dawn lasts almost a year for us.

Hardest part is snaking the tube under the sink up through the pump. I hate lying down looking up under there= vertigo

I put one of those in a couple of years ago and absolutely love it! You do need to pull “some” out of the jug or else it will overflow but, once you get the “draw” figured out, it’s wonderful!

Yep, these are great. Much easier to switch out the jug of soap than to try to fill the small reservoir via the neck protruding above the counter! With a Costco soap jug, 2-3 times a year max!

I just ordered one too. For whatever ding dang reason, something like this had never even occurred to me. I just keep refilling that little bottle and overfilling it.

I saw the kit a few years ago on the shelf at a box store and said "wait a sec...." yeah, this is worth a try.
