Grilling Breakfast

For Grill Fest I'm going to "grill" breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I need some ideas for breakfast.

I make fatties on my WSM a lot so I'm not going to include those in this 3-meal grill fest.

I can use some cast iron skillet etc but want to include some actually grilled component in each meal.

What do you guys like to grill for breakfast?

Grilled french toast topped with grilled peaches and/or plums, CI skillet full-o-bacon and I would be very happy.

Breakfast burritos. But here's a quick tip... You'll need a cast iron skillet or the eggs will drip through the grates!

Eggs with chorizo, potatoes and cheese mixed in. Refried beans and tortillas(I prefer corn) on the side.

A Chicago style Greek Skirt Steak with some home fries with peppers and onions and three eggs over easy.
Oh and rye toast for me.

Sausage links, scrambled eggs and hash browns. Then put them all together on a bun. Sloppy, but oh so good.

Granted, you'll need a Comal. I got mine for $65 new at a flea market, you can get them online for about the same price

I use my Sizzle-Q for cooking breakfast on my Genesis.
Bacon, Hashbrowns, Eggs for my wife, Sausage.
