Grilled to 145* and topped with crumbled bleu cheese, caramelized onions & sautéed mushrooms and accompanied by a fruity and slightly oaky tasting Bordeaux
Thanks guys. These were really delicious. You really have to vigilante with monitoring the temps because they're so lean a few degrees makes a big difference.
