Hi All,

Just joined after my mate gave me a heads up about this site.

I live in the UK, near London and have been into American Style BBQ for about 6 years. The UK style of BBQ is normally burnt on the outside, raw on the inside.

Currently have a Char Griller Smoking Pro horizontal with side fire box and a Brinkmann vertical bullet. Joined up here primarily due to the HeaterMeter sub forum as i'm going to be building one for myself and one for Bob Pearson.

Looks like there is a lot of other useful info here and looking forward to joining in :)

Welcome!! You have to promise some pictures of some local favorites too----and your heatermeter - That thing looks really nice.
