Plated. Crashers again thanks to Mr. Lampe, Tuscan garlic bread, and an unsalted butter/horse radish/asparagus sauce that wasn’t that good. Luckily I put just a little on each rib eye. Like most of my others, this is simple and quick.

I think over the years, the bar has been permanently raised on this forum. I can't remember the last time I saw pictures of someone's grill or Q that didn't look Food Channel quality (or better). Case in point: Bobby Flay wishes he could grill rib eyes like this! Awesome.
 
That is absolute perfection Rolf! How's the Restoration Ale? I like the rest of Abita's beers, but never had that one.
