Ok, prepping for the Bengals vs Chef’s today (think Snickers commercial). Today’s cook (one of my wife’s and my favorites) is Buffalo Chicken Balls. I cook at 350-400 for about 20 minutes, then coat with sauce and put back on grill for 5 or so minutes. I like to get the internal temp up around 285 degrees for a more firm chicken ball.
I will be doing these in my new E6 Kamado instead of BGE. It is a BGE recipe but it is AMAZING!!!!

What is everyone else doing for football Sunday? I’ll post pics once completed. I’m making 6 lbs of them today, they are freezer friendly!

well, went thru a bottle of wine and several white claws….who Dey, bengals won!

Ribs for game day. Working around the house all day so no time to babysit my cook. Thanks to the E6.
